Finance

The finance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting business growth, and maintaining financial stability. Our team of 5 do so by monitoring cash flow, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. 

HR

The UK HR Business Partner manages the entire employee lifecycle, starting at recruitment, onboarding, all the way through to offboarding, whilst ensuring the TePe UK team are productive, compliant and engaged. HR also has responsibility for aligning employee benefits, performance and behaviours to the TePe People Plan.

TePe UK was founded in 2012 in Somerset. The business has been steadily growing year on year with a turnover figure in 2022 of £24m. TePe UK currently employs a team of over 30 people, located in both our Wells Office and our field based team around the UK. We are a friendly team who have a great family culture and enjoy working with each other. We invest time and effort into ensuring the health and wellbeing of the team is one of our highest priorities. As a result of this we qualified as an official Great Place to Work and been established as a centre of Excellence in Wellbeing.
