Clinical Education Specialist - Field Based

Responsibilities: 

To provide clinical representation to dental professionals in practice and in the field, providing a link between the Education team and the sales and marketing team

  1. 1. Education and Training

Oral Health Training Delivery

  • Manage the delivery of training to practices in line with the Educational Strategy
    • Providing Added Value training and education to Corporate Groups and Premier Club practices.
    • Developing, producing and delivering assets for use in education
      • CPD programmes
      • Webinars
      • Presentations for sales team
      • Materials for use in practice
    • Organise sample packs (co-ordinating the packing of samples with Customer Services) for groups and practices
    • Facilitate the educational evaluation processes to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our target audiences
  • Work with the Global Clinical Education team sharing latest educational concepts and best practice

General Training

  • Deliver internal product and induction / refresher training to sales team
    • Including the training and support for Practice Relationship Managers


2. Marketing and Sales Support

  • Provide clinical support for the Marketing and Dental Sales Strategy.
  • Provide professional support to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Proof reading
    • Website copy
    • Leaflet and marketing materials copy
  • Provide clinical support on stand at professional meetings / shows nationally and internationally

Profile:

  • GDC Registered Dental Professional
  • Experience in public speaking
  • Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proactive individual
  • Experience working with Dental Groups-desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience in educational course design-desirable
  • Good team player
  • Willingness to travel (to practices, corporate HQs, and attend shows / meetings as appropriate)
  • Clean driving license
  • Compatible with TePe Culture

Salary: £40,000 plus company car

Field based role, requiring weekly presence at our Head Office in Wells, Somerset
