Business Development Manager (FTC Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities:
- Develop the sales strategy for the Dental Group sector in line with the dental channel & company objectives
- Develop and progress TePe’s presence and activity within the dental groups across the UK territory
- Manage accounts with administrative and promotional information
- Liaise with the UK marketing team to develop account specific materials
- Liaise with operations team to communicate sales forecasts and promotional plans
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and to produce sales insights, competitor reports, business review presentations and promotional reports
- Prepare sales presentations for customer visits
- Identify growth opportunities within the dental channel and secure new business with new account agreements
- Develop new relationships with prospect accounts and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Grow the current existing (mainly small/med sized groups) dental group business by developing annual growth plans
General
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of support
- Undertake specific projects that are relevant to business growth
- Keep up to date with knowledge of the dental group environment as well as key account strategies
- Attend and work at Trade Shows as and when required
- Accurate and consistent completion of CRM system (TePe CORE)
- Writing timely contact reports and monthly sales reports
- Ad hoc duties as required
Required Skills:
- Ideally educated to degree level or 3 good A-level’s
- Ideally will have strong knowledge of dental channels and groups
- At least 2-3 year’s experience of account management within the channel
- Strong commercial awareness / numerate
- Strong competence in using Microsoft applications inc. Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of working with, and interpretation / analysis of sales data would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong, concise presentation skills

Annual salary: £35,000-£39,000 DOE plus company car
Fixed term contract for maternity cover approx. 9-12mths
Ideal candidate available to start in November to allow for handover period
