Interim Key Account Manager - Pharmacy (6 month contract)
Responsibilities:
- Execution of Joint Business plans – to be completed and agreed by Customer Year End.
- Input all information onto CRM system and create monthly reports
- Regular meetings with Pharmacy wholesalers to ensure orders are processed efficiently and keeping updates the Operations Team.
- Pharmacy Promotional calendar needs to be updated weekly to keep track of activity and deadlines.

Attend regular Sales & Marketing Meetings for alignment of activities.
- Update on each account, new listings, promotional activity.
- Collaborate on Advert/Advertorials. (inc. bespoke pharmacy literature, posters, barkers.
- Create Wholesale/customer presentations.
- Implement sampling activity initiatives.

Promotional execution
- Ensure all documentation are sent to wholesalers before promotional deadline.
- PPI forms/Promotional forms* Images, descriptions and other assets inc sampling
- Ensure advertising deadlines are met and adverts are approved before submitting.
- Liaise with and update the Customer Services team regarding the promotional buy in details at least a 10 days prior to buy in period to end of promotion.

NPD
- Detail and sell NPD into pharmacy wholesalers.
- Send all commercial information for each new product to the wholesaler.
- Complete and manage all New line forms – include images, descriptions, trade pricing etc.
- Update C&D with all price changes, new lines with descriptions and images.

Pharmacy Show
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to plan the Pharmacy Show attendance (inc. sampling, product focus, objectives, orders, pricing and promotions, data capture etc.)
- Provide Training – Pharmacy Wholesalers

Manage Third Party Sales Team
- Regular meetings for general update with data analysis – Report back at commercial meetings, monthly reports
- Attending bi-monthly sales meeting – delivering any sales /training aids to sales team
- Review performance of team monthly.
- Monitor for the ‘Terms’ agreement – including targets for incentive schemes.
- General point of contact with the Sales Director.
- Store visits with a Representative to gain greater understanding of the total opportunity.

New Business Opportunities.
- Be proactive to any new sales opportunities within the pharmacy channel.
General
- Reports to Sales Manager Retail.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of field sales support.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure wholesale forecasts and sales events are captured and reported accurately and timely.
- Undertake specific projects as directed by Line Manager.
- Attend and work at Trade Shows as and when required.
- Produce sales reports as required on performance in set channel.
- Accurate and consistent management and completion of CRM system (TePe CORE) for the entire pharmacy wholesale channel.
- Writing timely contact reports and monthly sales reports.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Experienced account manager with demonstrable knowledge on, account planning, strategy setting, promotions and merchandising.
- Ability to develop close multi – level relationships within nominated customers and to represent the TePe culture in all interactions with customers
- Ability to educate accounts in technical products plus ability to build close collaboration plans to build TePe sales in the UK Market
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under own responsibility.
- Commercial acumen - Understands how business works and makes decisions with a commercial, customer and consumer-based perspective.
- Delivering Results - Set clear and ambitious targets, holding self and others accountable for attaining results and making timely decisions.
- Min 5 Years FMCG or Healthcare Sales Experience essential.
- Strong commercial awareness / numerate.
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation skills. Clear, concise and to the point.
- Quickly prepared to take on responsibility and accountability.
- Willingness to travel (attend shows / meetings as appropriate).
- Compatible with TePe Culture.

- Field Based – with minimum one day per fortnight based in the Office in Wells, Somerset
